Your job as a Senior Experience Designer

You understand the problem and create the solution. You convince stakeholders and produce all necessary deliverables.

We work from our office in Amsterdam, but many of our interaction designers work in-house at one of our clients teams.

Gather and analyse insights
You work closely together with researchers and other designers to analyse insights and write them into functional requirements and design principles. If necessary you prepare and assist in workshops to do so.

Team player
You enjoy working in lean (scrum) teams. You help your product owner in determining the ideal design planning. Developers, copywriters and marketeers are your friends.

Translate insights into great design
You're a conceptual thinker who knows how to create designs that enable users and businesses to achieve their goals. You present your ideas to your team members, stakeholders and clients and deliver high quality deliverables. You also know a thing or two about the technical feasibility of your designs.

Spot opportunities and help write project proposals
Your eyes are always open for new business opportunities. And when your not working for one of our clients you like to help our sales people with their proposals for the next great client!

Never stop learning
You like to stay up-to-date with all the latest tools and techniques and are happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

You completed a relevant Masters or Bachelors degree and bring at least 5 years of relevant working experience to the table.
You are fluent in most common design and prototyping tools. We often use tools like Sketch, InVision and Adobe software.
You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.
You are an analytical design thinker.
You are an inspiration for your colleagues ánd your clients.
